Walkers Reserve SRL

Effective date: 11 September 2026
Last updated: 11 September 2026

We're putting the finishing touches on our new website. Some information may change before official launch.

BETA WEBSITE NOTICE

The Walkers Reserve website is currently in beta and has not yet officially launched.

During this beta period, the website is being tested and developed. Some pages, descriptions, prices, photographs, links, features, availability information and other content may be incomplete, temporary, inaccurate or subject to change without notice.

Unless Walkers Reserve expressly confirms otherwise, information displayed on the beta website should not be treated as a final offer, contractual commitment or guarantee of availability.

For bookings and purchases, the price, availability and specific terms presented through Peek Pro at the time you complete your transaction will apply. Information confirmed directly by Walkers Reserve in writing will also take precedence over inconsistent beta website content.

The sections of these Terms dealing with acceptable use, intellectual property, privacy, third-party services, website security, disclaimers, limitations of liability and governing law apply during the beta period.

The remaining provisions will apply when relevant to a service you choose to use and will apply fully following the official launch of the website.

Any booking, purchase, registration, pass or other transaction completed during the beta period remains valid and is governed by the terms presented to you as part of that transaction.

Our Privacy Policy applies throughout the beta period whenever Walkers Reserve collects or processes personal data.

Nothing in this Beta Website Notice limits any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Walkers Reserve SRL ("Walkers Reserve", "we", "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we use it, who may handle it for us, how long we keep it, how we protect it, and the rights you have.

In this Policy, "personal data" means information about an identified or identifiable person. It includes information sometimes called personal information or personally identifiable information (PII).

  1. WHO WE ARE AND WHAT THIS POLICY COVERS

    Walkers Reserve SRL operates Walkers Reserve in St. Andrew, Barbados.

    When Walkers Reserve decides why and how personal data will be used, Walkers Reserve SRL is the data controller. In simple terms, this means we are responsible for deciding what personal data we need and what we do with it.

    This Policy applies to personal data collected through or in connection with:

    the Walkers Reserve website;

    website contact and enquiry forms;

    experiences, tours, passes, private bookings, events and venue enquiries;

    bookings, sales, payments, cancellations and refunds handled through Peek Pro;

    Walkers Pass and its related service emails;

    the Walkers Reserve community hosted on Circle;

    WalkersWorkshops.com and Walkers Reserve assessments, scorecards, forms and workshop registrations delivered through ScoreApp;

    email and other direct communications with Walkers Reserve;

    marketing communications you choose to receive;

    public reviews or testimonials that we may reproduce or refer to; and

    other interactions with Walkers Reserve where this Policy is provided or referenced.

    Our websites may also link to services that operate independently from Walkers Reserve, such as WIRRED, Google Maps and social media platforms. Their own privacy notices apply when they use personal data for their own purposes.

  2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

    We try to collect only the personal data we reasonably need.

    Contact and enquiry information

    When you contact us or submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, area of interest and the information you include in your message.

    The contact form is displayed on our Framer-built website. When you submit it, the information is sent through Web3Forms and then delivered to our Google Workspace email account. We do not use Framer as a customer database.

    Booking, visitor and sales information

    All Walkers Reserve online sales are handled through Peek Pro.

    When you book or buy an experience, pass, event or other service, we may receive information such as your name, contact details, booking reference, selected experience, date and time, party size, participant details, booking notes, attendance or check-in information, requests, cancellations, refunds and transaction records.

    If we offer a resident or other eligibility-based rate, we may ask for enough information to confirm that you qualify. We will not ask for more than we reasonably need for that purpose.

    Payment information

    Peek Pro and its payment providers handle payment-card information used for online sales. Walkers Reserve does not need to store your full payment-card number in its normal customer systems.

    We may receive information such as the amount paid, currency, payment status, refund status, booking reference and other limited transaction information needed for customer service, accounting and fraud prevention.

    Please do not send full payment-card numbers, online-banking passwords or similar financial credentials by email, contact form, Circle post or community message.

    Walkers Pass information

    Walkers Pass is an online system used to provide and manage Walkers Reserve passes. It is hosted on Akamai Cloud, formerly Linode.

    We may process your name, email address, pass type, activation date, expiry date, account or access information, one-time access links or session information, visit or check-in records and service communications needed to operate your pass.

    Walkers Pass service emails are sent through Postmark. All sales connected with Walkers Pass are handled through Peek Pro.

    Community information

    If you join the Walkers Reserve community hosted on Circle, we may process your name, email address, profile information, profile image, posts, comments, uploaded content, event participation, messages and other activity within the community.

    Information you choose to post may be visible to other community members.

    Please do not post sensitive personal data in the community. This includes health information, payment-card information, financial account details, government identification numbers, passwords or other information that could create a serious privacy or security risk if shared.

    Workshop and assessment information

    WalkersWorkshops.com and related Walkers Reserve assessments, scorecards, forms and registrations use ScoreApp.

    Depending on the activity, we may collect your name, email address, telephone number, organisation, role, workshop interests, registration details, answers to assessment questions, scores or results, and other information you choose to provide.

    Some ScoreApp assessments automatically calculate a score or result from your answers. The scoring rules are set for the assessment and may place responses into result categories. This is a form of automated profiling under data-protection law.

    We use these scores to provide assessment results, guide workshop or programme content, understand interests and, where allowed, follow up about relevant Walkers Reserve services. We do not use these scores to make decisions that have legal effects or similarly serious effects on you.

    Safety, accessibility and sensitive personal data

    For some activities, you may choose to tell us about accessibility needs, dietary requirements, medical considerations, emergency information or other information needed for safe participation.

    Some information may be sensitive personal data under Barbados law. Barbados law also treats certain financial records or information about a person's financial position as sensitive personal data.

    Please provide sensitive information only when it is genuinely needed. We will use it only for the relevant purpose and where we have a lawful reason to do so.

    Marketing information

    If you subscribe to updates or otherwise agree to receive marketing, we may keep your contact details, subscription status, communication preferences and, where available, information about how you interact with those communications.

    Technical and website information

    When you visit our website or use an online service, we and our service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, general location derived from your IP address, pages viewed, referral source, access times and security information.

    The Walkers Reserve website is created and published using Framer. Framer is not used by Walkers Reserve to manage customer records, bookings, payments, passes or enquiries. Framer may still process limited technical data needed to host, deliver and protect the website.

    Framer's built-in website analytics is designed to work without analytics cookies or persistent user identifiers.

    Data from other people and organisations

    We may receive personal data from a person or organisation arranging a visit, event or booking for you, such as an employer, group leader, event organiser or another member of your party.

    If you give us personal data about another person, please share only what is necessary and make sure you are authorised to provide it.

    Public reviews and public sources

    We may see or receive information that you have chosen to make public, including reviews of Walkers Reserve on services such as Google or TripAdvisor and public social-media posts.

    We may quote or display a public review or testimonial in our marketing or on our website. Where appropriate, we may use only your public display name, first name, initials or other limited identifying information.

  3. WHY WE USE PERSONAL DATA

    We use personal data only when we have a lawful reason.

    We may use it to:

    respond to questions and enquiries;

    take steps you ask us to take before you make a booking or enter into an agreement with us;

    process sales, bookings, passes, cancellations and refunds;

    deliver experiences, events, workshops and visitor services;

    operate Walkers Pass and the Walkers Reserve community;

    provide customer support and important service messages;

    provide assessment results and workshop-related information;

    keep accounting, tax, insurance and business records;

    protect visitors, staff, property, systems and accounts;

    prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;

    improve our website, services and operations;

    manage partnerships, corporate events and private bookings;

    send marketing where you have agreed to receive it or where the law otherwise allows us to do so;

    meet legal and regulatory duties; and

    establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

    Depending on the situation, our legal basis may be your consent, steps taken at your request before a contract, performance of a contract, compliance with a legal duty, protection of someone's vital interests, or our legitimate interests.

    When we rely on legitimate interests, those interests may include running and improving our business, responding to customers, protecting our property and systems, keeping appropriate business records and communicating about relevant services where the law allows it. We consider your rights and interests before relying on this basis.

    If we ask for information that is required to complete a booking, provide a pass, respond to an enquiry or meet a legal requirement, we will try to make that clear. If you do not provide required information, we may not be able to provide the requested service.

  4. THE MAIN PLATFORMS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WE USE

    We use third-party services to run parts of our operations. These business accounts are operated for Walkers Reserve.

    Framer

    Framer is used to create, publish and host the Walkers Reserve website. We do not use Framer as our customer relationship management system or as the main place where we store customer records.

    Framer may process limited technical data from website visitors as needed to deliver, secure and support the published website.

    Web3Forms

    Web3Forms, operated by Web3Creative, processes information submitted through forms on our website. It receives, validates, stores and forwards form submissions to Walkers Reserve.

    Web3Forms may process the information entered into the form together with technical information such as IP address, submission time and referral information.

    Under Web3Forms' current service terms, form submissions may be stored for up to three years unless a shorter retention period is set. Web3Creative operates from India and uses cloud, security, spam-prevention and support providers that may process data in several countries.

    Google Workspace

    Website enquiries sent through Web3Forms are delivered to and managed in Walkers Reserve's Google Workspace account. We also use Google Workspace for business email and related business records.

    Peek Pro

    Peek Pro handles all Walkers Reserve online sales, bookings and payment processing.

    Peek processes the customer, booking, payment-related and technical information needed to complete and manage a sale. Walkers Reserve receives the information needed to deliver the booked service and manage our customer relationship.

    Peek may also process some customer and sales information for its own business purposes under its own terms and privacy policy. Where it does so, its privacy policy also applies.

    Akamai Cloud / Linode

    Walkers Pass is hosted on Akamai Cloud, formerly Linode. Akamai provides the cloud infrastructure on which the Walkers Pass application and its data are hosted.

    Walkers Reserve controls the Walkers Pass application and decides what customer information is stored there.

    Postmark

    Postmark is used to send Walkers Pass service emails, including account or access messages. Postmark may process email addresses, email content, delivery information and related technical data needed to send and troubleshoot these messages.

    Circle

    The Walkers Reserve community is hosted on Circle. Circle provides the account, profile, content and community functions used by members.

    Walkers Reserve decides how personal data is used for the Walkers Reserve community. Circle also processes certain information for its own platform, security and legal purposes under its own terms.

    ScoreApp / WalkersWorkshops.com

    WalkersWorkshops.com and related assessments, scorecards and registrations use ScoreApp, operated by Hyper Targeted Marketing Limited in the United Kingdom.

    ScoreApp processes information submitted through Walkers Reserve pages to provide the assessment, scoring, registration and related platform services. ScoreApp may use other service providers and optional integrations as described in its terms.

    Other providers

    We may also use professional advisers, information-technology providers, cybersecurity providers, accounting systems and other suppliers where reasonably needed to run the business.

    We expect service providers that process personal data for us to use appropriate security and data-protection measures and to process the data in line with their contracts and applicable law.

  5. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AI AND AUTOMATED TOOLS

    The main Walkers Reserve website uses Framer's built-in analytics, which Framer describes as cookie-free and designed without persistent user identifiers.

    Other services you choose to use, including Peek Pro, Circle and ScoreApp-hosted pages, may use cookies, local storage, pixels or similar technologies under their own notices and settings.

    If we add optional advertising, behavioural tracking or other non-essential tracking technologies to the main Walkers Reserve website, we will provide any notice and choice required by law.

    AI used to build the website

    Framer offers AI-assisted tools for website design and development. Walkers Reserve may use these tools to help create or maintain the website.

    We do not use Framer's AI tools to manage customer records, and we do not intentionally submit customer enquiries, booking information, payment information, Walkers Pass records, Circle community content, ScoreApp assessment responses or other customer personal data to those tools.

    Framer may use third-party AI model providers as part of its AI features. Because our rule is not to place customer personal data into those features, we do not treat those AI model providers as systems used to manage Walkers Reserve customer data.

    Public pages and automated crawlers

    Our public website can be accessed by ordinary search engines and may also be read or indexed by automated crawlers, including crawlers used by AI services. This concerns information published on public pages. It does not give those crawlers access to Walkers Reserve's booking systems, email inboxes, Walkers Pass database, Circle community records or ScoreApp account data.

    Automated scoring

    As explained above, ScoreApp may automatically calculate assessment scores or result categories from the answers you provide. We do not use this automated scoring to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on you.

  6. WHEN WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA

    We do not sell personal data for money.

    We may share personal data with:

    the service providers described in this Policy;

    guides, instructors, event partners or suppliers when they need information to deliver a service you requested;

    professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers;

    government authorities, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or courts where disclosure is required or permitted by law;

    people or organisations involved in investigating fraud, misuse, security incidents or legal claims; and

    a genuine prospective buyer, investor, lender, successor or adviser in connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

    If you ask us to share information with a particular person or organisation, we may do so at your request or with your consent.

    Information you choose to post in the Circle community may be visible to other community members according to the community settings.

  7. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

    Walkers Reserve is based in Barbados, but several of our service providers operate outside Barbados.

    As a result, personal data may be processed or stored in countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, countries in the European Union, India and other locations used by our service providers and their approved subprocessors.

    Examples include Web3Forms/Web3Creative, Google Workspace, Peek, Akamai Cloud/Linode, Postmark, Circle and ScoreApp.

    Barbados law restricts transfers of personal data outside Barbados. We will not transfer personal data outside Barbados unless the transfer is permitted under the Data Protection Act, 2019 and any required protections are in place.

    Depending on the circumstances, protections may include an adequate level of protection, contractual safeguards, data-processing agreements, security requirements, approved transfer mechanisms or another lawful basis.

    We do not assume that every country in which a provider operates has been declared adequate for Barbados data-protection purposes.

    You may contact us if you want more information about the location or safeguards used for a particular service or transfer, including information about how to obtain a copy of relevant safeguards where available.

  8. HOW LONG WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA

    We keep personal data only for as long as we reasonably need it for the purpose for which it was collected and for related legal, tax, accounting, insurance, security or reporting requirements.

    The period can vary depending on the type of information and the service involved.

    For example:

    booking and sales records may need to be kept for accounting, tax, customer-service, insurance or legal purposes;

    Walkers Pass information may be kept while the pass or account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for records, security or legal claims;

    marketing information may be kept until you opt out or the information is no longer useful, subject to keeping a minimal record of an opt-out so that we continue to respect it;

    community and assessment information may be retained according to the purpose for which it was collected and the settings and contracts of the relevant platform; and

    Web3Forms' current service design allows form submissions to be retained for up to three years unless a shorter retention period is set.

    When personal data is no longer needed, we will delete it, anonymise it or securely isolate it from normal use until deletion is practical. Some information may remain temporarily in backups or provider systems until normal deletion cycles are completed.

  9. SECURITY AND DATA BREACHES

    We use reasonable technical, organisational and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.

    These measures may include access controls, passwords, role-based permissions, encryption and provider security controls, staff procedures, backups and incident-response processes appropriate to the information involved.

    No internet service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

    If a personal-data breach happens, we will assess the risk and follow the notification rules that apply to us. Under Barbados law, where notification to the Data Protection Commissioner is required, it must be made without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours after we become aware of the breach. Where a breach is likely to create a high risk to an individual, we will also notify the affected person as required by law.

  10. CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE

    Under Barbados data-protection law, a child is a person under 18 years of age.

    Walkers Reserve offers experiences that may be suitable for families, schools and young people. A parent, guardian, school, group leader or other responsible adult may provide information needed to arrange or safely deliver an activity for a child.

    Where we rely on consent to process a child's personal data, the consent must be given or authorised by the child's parent or guardian as required by Barbados law. We will make reasonable efforts to verify that authorisation where appropriate.

    Children should not create accounts, join online communities or complete online assessments intended for adults unless Walkers Reserve has expressly allowed this and the required parent or guardian approval has been obtained.

    We do not knowingly use children's personal data for direct marketing without the required authorisation.

  11. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

    Subject to the Data Protection Act, 2019 and any lawful exceptions, you may have the right to:

    ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive access to it;

    ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;

    ask us to erase personal data where the law gives you that right;

    ask us to restrict how personal data is used in certain situations;

    receive certain personal data you gave us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, have it transferred to another controller;

    object to or require us to stop certain processing that is likely to cause damage or distress, subject to the conditions in the Act;

    require us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing;

    withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that was lawful before you withdrew it;

    receive safeguards in relation to qualifying automated decision-making; and

    make a complaint to the Barbados Data Protection Commissioner.

    For most requests covered by these rights, we will respond without undue delay and normally within one month after receiving the request. Barbados law allows this period to be extended in some cases, such as where a request is complex or there are many requests. If an extension applies, we will tell you.

    For direct marketing, you may give us written notice requiring us to stop processing your personal data for direct-marketing purposes. Barbados law provides for that processing to stop at the end of a 21-day period.

    We may ask for enough information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

    Privacy requests are normally free of charge. The law may allow a reasonable fee or refusal where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

  12. MARKETING CHOICES

    You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe option in the message or by contacting us.

    Stopping marketing does not stop service messages that are needed for an active booking, purchase, pass, account, event or other relationship with Walkers Reserve.

    We may keep a minimal record showing that you opted out so that we do not accidentally add you back to marketing.

  13. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

    Our websites may contain links to third-party websites, applications or services.

    Some third parties, such as Peek, Circle and certain platform providers, may process information for their own purposes as well as providing services to Walkers Reserve. Their own privacy notices apply to that independent processing.

    A link from a Walkers Reserve website does not mean that we control the privacy or security practices of the linked service. We encourage you to read the relevant privacy notice before giving personal data to a third party.

  14. RIGHTS UNDER OTHER PRIVACY LAWS

    If another privacy or data-protection law applies to a particular activity, you may have additional rights under that law.

    Nothing in this Policy is intended to reduce any privacy right that cannot legally be limited.

  15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

    We may update this Policy when our services, technology, suppliers, legal duties or data practices change.

    We will post the updated version and change the "Last updated" date. If a change is important, we will provide additional notice where appropriate or required by law.

    This Policy applies to personal data collected through or in connection with:

    the Walkers Reserve website;

    website contact and enquiry forms;

    experiences, tours, passes, private bookings, events and venue enquiries;

    bookings, sales, payments, cancellations and refunds handled through Peek Pro;

    Walkers Pass and its related service emails;

    the Walkers Reserve community hosted on Circle;

    WalkersWorkshops.com and Walkers Reserve assessments, scorecards, forms and workshop registrations delivered through ScoreApp;

    email and other direct communications with Walkers Reserve;

    marketing communications you choose to receive;

    public reviews or testimonials that we may reproduce or refer to; and

    other interactions with Walkers Reserve where this Policy is provided or referenced.

    We may use it to:

    respond to questions and enquiries;

    take steps you ask us to take before you make a booking or enter into an agreement with us;

    process sales, bookings, passes, cancellations and refunds;

    deliver experiences, events, workshops and visitor services;

    operate Walkers Pass and the Walkers Reserve community;

    provide customer support and important service messages;

    provide assessment results and workshop-related information;

    keep accounting, tax, insurance and business records;

    protect visitors, staff, property, systems and accounts;

    prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;

    improve our website, services and operations;

    manage partnerships, corporate events and private bookings;

    send marketing where you have agreed to receive it or where the law otherwise allows us to do so;

    meet legal and regulatory duties; and

    establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

    We may share personal data with:

    the service providers described in this Policy;

    guides, instructors, event partners or suppliers when they need information to deliver a service you requested;

    professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers;

    government authorities, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or courts where disclosure is required or permitted by law;

    people or organisations involved in investigating fraud, misuse, security incidents or legal claims; and

    a genuine prospective buyer, investor, lender, successor or adviser in connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

    For example:

    booking and sales records may need to be kept for accounting, tax, customer-service, insurance or legal purposes;

    Walkers Pass information may be kept while the pass or account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for records, security or legal claims;

    marketing information may be kept until you opt out or the information is no longer useful, subject to keeping a minimal record of an opt-out so that we continue to respect it;

    community and assessment information may be retained according to the purpose for which it was collected and the settings and contracts of the relevant platform; and

    Subject to the Data Protection Act, 2019 and any lawful exceptions, you may have the right to:

    ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive access to it;

    ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;

    ask us to erase personal data where the law gives you that right;

    ask us to restrict how personal data is used in certain situations;

    receive certain personal data you gave us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, have it transferred to another controller;

    object to or require us to stop certain processing that is likely to cause damage or distress, subject to the conditions in the Act;

    require us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing;

    withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that was lawful before you withdrew it;

    receive safeguards in relation to qualifying automated decision-making; and

    make a complaint to the Barbados Data Protection Commissioner.

    This Policy applies to personal data collected through or in connection with:

    the Walkers Reserve website;

    website contact and enquiry forms;

    experiences, tours, passes, private bookings, events and venue enquiries;

    bookings, sales, payments, cancellations and refunds handled through Peek Pro;

    Walkers Pass and its related service emails;

    the Walkers Reserve community hosted on Circle;

    WalkersWorkshops.com and Walkers Reserve assessments, scorecards, forms and workshop registrations delivered through ScoreApp;

    email and other direct communications with Walkers Reserve;

    marketing communications you choose to receive;

    public reviews or testimonials that we may reproduce or refer to; and

    other interactions with Walkers Reserve where this Policy is provided or referenced.

    We may use it to:

    respond to questions and enquiries;

    take steps you ask us to take before you make a booking or enter into an agreement with us;

    process sales, bookings, passes, cancellations and refunds;

    deliver experiences, events, workshops and visitor services;

    operate Walkers Pass and the Walkers Reserve community;

    provide customer support and important service messages;

    provide assessment results and workshop-related information;

    keep accounting, tax, insurance and business records;

    protect visitors, staff, property, systems and accounts;

    prevent fraud, misuse and security incidents;

    improve our website, services and operations;

    manage partnerships, corporate events and private bookings;

    send marketing where you have agreed to receive it or where the law otherwise allows us to do so;

    meet legal and regulatory duties; and

    establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

    We may share personal data with:

    the service providers described in this Policy;

    guides, instructors, event partners or suppliers when they need information to deliver a service you requested;

    professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers;

    government authorities, regulators, law-enforcement bodies or courts where disclosure is required or permitted by law;

    people or organisations involved in investigating fraud, misuse, security incidents or legal claims; and

    a genuine prospective buyer, investor, lender, successor or adviser in connection with a business transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection safeguards.

    For example:

    booking and sales records may need to be kept for accounting, tax, customer-service, insurance or legal purposes;

    Walkers Pass information may be kept while the pass or account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for records, security or legal claims;

    marketing information may be kept until you opt out or the information is no longer useful, subject to keeping a minimal record of an opt-out so that we continue to respect it;

    community and assessment information may be retained according to the purpose for which it was collected and the settings and contracts of the relevant platform; and

    Subject to the Data Protection Act, 2019 and any lawful exceptions, you may have the right to:

    ask whether we hold personal data about you and receive access to it;

    ask us to correct personal data that is inaccurate or incomplete;

    ask us to erase personal data where the law gives you that right;

    ask us to restrict how personal data is used in certain situations;

    receive certain personal data you gave us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and, where applicable, have it transferred to another controller;

    object to or require us to stop certain processing that is likely to cause damage or distress, subject to the conditions in the Act;

    require us to stop using your personal data for direct marketing;

    withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent, without affecting processing that was lawful before you withdrew it;

    receive safeguards in relation to qualifying automated decision-making; and

    make a complaint to the Barbados Data Protection Commissioner.
